Bad Customer Service

I was shocked when Delfin told said to me with an effected look -"we cant take the goggles back amigo, the package has been open and we can't take them back!"

The day before I purchase the goggles and tried them at home and realized that they were not suitable for my application.  The picture inside was not full, there was a black thick line on the top and the bottom of the image.

I called SN Hobbies and Dean answer the call and I proceed to explain that the goggles were not suitable for my application and I wanted to return them. He said that they could get them back for a discounted 15% which I agree.  I was not happy but hey! It was the second best option.

I have been a good customer of SN Hobbies for years, I have bought from them few thousand dollars and brought many of my fellow hobbyist to them.

These goggles are not cheap by any mean! They cost $674.99

The next day I took the goggles back and Delfin refused to take them back after Dean has accepted to do it. Very disappointing experience.

I promised to myself to never return to SN Hobbies to buy.

I have purchased many things that I have had to return and never, ever something like this has happened to me.
